Why an ebook on coffee?
I love coffee! At one point, in my life, I was drinking close to 25 coffees per day and not the tasteless instant but nice espresso. I had to stop, you can imagine why. Now, I drink a bowl of coffee in the morning (made with 4 espresso shots) and the rest of the day, I drink tea or herbal tea.
This summer, when there will be a nice hot sunny day, try the following recipe (get ready before):
Cold coffee
This very simple method creates a coffee liquid by soaking the coffee grinds in cold water for 10-20 hours, depending on the strength you prefer. The coffee and grounds are strained and the concentrated liquid is then stored in your refrigerator for several weeks.
Any bean variety will do. Add two quarts of cold water to your coffee grounds, pushing them down until all have become wet, and set it on the counter for 20 hours. Strained the infusion through a paper lined cone filter into a glass bottle with a screw top and refrigerated it.
Now, let your imagination go wild:
Coffee milkshake, Ice coffee, etc.
